I provide affordable mental health coaching and therapy to support people experiencing anxiety and low mood and those facing a loss of meaning/purpose in their lives.

My coaching draws on my experience working as a doctor and therapist. My approach is heavily influenced by my interest in Eastern philosophy.

My approach is open, informal, collaborative, tailored and solution-focused. I bring enthusiasm, authenticity and a desire to help you make positive changes in your life. All sessions, including the initial consultation, will be remote on Microsoft Teams.
